On the Cliffs of Palos Verdes
Santa Monica Bay,
Palos Verdes, California
July 19, 2016
Here is a view looking northwest from the cliffs of Palos Verdes, just south of Malaga Cove. The Santa Monica Bay stretches out under a bright late afternoon sun. A small fishing boat has powered its way from the south and is heading out into the deep, cold waters of the bay. An adobe out-building of the mission is seen in shadows its roof dotted with sea gulls. A typical afternoon in Palos Verdes.
